Masters & Crafters. Marketplace
Masters & Crafters is the marketplace from Netherlands for handcrafted creative goods, which was created by two people passionate about making custom products accessible and popular to a wide audience. I'm glad Jeanny and Johan approached me, it was a real pleasure to work with people who treat their project with such care and love. Together, we have successfully developed a remarkable product that resonates deeply with the audience.

Task
The main challenge for M&C was to connect customers with crafters. Customers should not only be able to buy ready products, but also bring to life their unique ideas with the help of crafters services.
Discussions and wireframing
Like any project, we started with discussions and sketches of ideas. The first step was to analyze competitors in search of solutions we could use in our project. Then, we designed user flows to identify and fix problems early by removing unnecessary portions. Finally, we created Low-fidelity wireframes to define the hierarchy of information on the pages.
Visual style
The visual style had to be simple. Despite the complexity of the project, the pages had to create a sense of lightness. The primary palette is very simple - black and white, with color accents on important active elements.
Final designs
Including mobile versions, about 80 unique pages were created, which were handed over to frontend developers and maintained by me until the project was completed.
Results
The result is a simple and clean site, which provides simple and convenient communication between customers and crafters. In the first month of the project, more than 100 craftsmen registered on the site and more than 1,000 products and services were added. Johan and Jeanny received a lot of positive feedback from both customers and crafters alike. The user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation allowed customers to easily browse through the various products and services offered by the registered craftsmen. They could communicate directly with the crafters, discussing their specific requirements, placing orders, and even requesting custom-made items.
