Bottlepay. Identity and Site
Bottlepay is a visionary crypto fintech startup on a mission to make Bitcoin accessible to everyone. With their cutting-edge application designed for the Lightning Network, Bottlepay empowers users to conduct fast, cost-effective, and secure cryptocurrency transactions. Their intuitive and secure app breaks down barriers, enabling individuals to explore the potential of Bitcoin in their daily lives.

My role
Task
The task was to create a visual style that isn't overly corporate and doesn't target a specific age group since the users' ages range from 20 to 60. The goal was to evoke a feeling of "the future is here" for the users.
The scope of the project included providing the company with a color palette, a font for corporate use, a logo, a website, a visual style for the company's social media accounts, and templates for internal use such as merchandising, documents, and presentations.
I began by creating initial sketches to explore various shapes and engage in discussions with the stakeholders to identify the most suitable options.
Following several rounds of discussions, we reached a consensus to embrace simplicity and selected a shape that combined the letters "b" and "p." This design also draws inspiration from the Greek letter Omega, symbolizing the eventual demise of fiat money.
Colour palette and typeface
Given that the visual style aimed to evoke a sense of "the future is here," the primary color combination chosen consisted of a vibrant purple and dark blue.
For the typeface I chose Gilroy, a modern sans serif with a geometric touch. This choice not only aligns with the geometric logo but also ensures readability is maintained.
Website
The main goal of the website is to show users the app and give them the option to download it. The website is designed to make it easy for visitors to see what the app can do and understand its features. It uses attractive visuals and clear descriptions to grab users' attention and get them interested in the app. Additionally, the website provides a simple way for users to download the app so they can try it out for themselves.
To ensure that the website fulfills all the company's requirements, we collaborated with key stakeholders in creating the Sitemap. The goal was to make sure that the site will cover all the needs of the company.

Results
Our mission was to craft an identity that not only reflected the company's innovative spirit but also resonated with its target audience. Through meticulous design and strategic thinking, we have successfully brought Bottlepay to life as a dynamic and trustworthy brand.
From the very beginning, we understood the importance of capturing the essence of Bottlepay's core values: simplicity, speed, and security. By incorporating these principles into every aspect of the brand, from the logo to the color palette, we aimed to create a visual language that spoke directly to users in the crypto space.
